The Team

Husband and wife, Joshua and Michelle Robinson, are the passionate core of Snug Haus and are very ably supported by a growing team that share their vision.

Property development started as a side-line for Joshua whilst he was still fully immersed in the corporate world of auditing. However, it quickly took over as a full-time endeavour as Joshua learnt to apply his attention to detail and analytical capabilities to property development deals.

Joshua is responsible for sourcing new projects, undertaking the required due diligence, securing planning permission and ensuring the smooth running of the general day-to-day operations of Snug Haus.

In his spare time he enjoys football coaching, cycling and spending time with his young family.

Michelle’s journey into property development was inevitable given that she was an experienced interior designer in her former life. Michelle is the driving force and inspiration behind the Snug Haus ethos of building high-quality and practical spaces. Michelle ensures our properties are immaculately dressed once completed, giving us the edge over our competition. Michelle is also responsible for our customer satisfaction during the after-sales process, ensuring our buyers remain happy.

Michelle lives with her husband Joshua in Hertfordshire and in-between looking after two young children, enjoys running, dining-out and all things creative.

Bogdan manages our sites on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that our build programmes are met. With over 30 years’ experience, he is highly skilled in all facets of construction management and prides himself in delivering extremely high-quality finishes, leading by example and always striving for perfection. Bogdan has been a huge asset to Snug Haus since our inception.

In his spare time, Bogdan enjoys outdoor pursuits, including camping, hiking, visiting national parks and discovering remote beaches.

Jacob Austin, Contracts Manager

Jacob has the important role of managing all our contracts and legal agreements with our sub-contractor partners, ensuring jobs are completed in accordance with their agreed scope, on time and within budget. James also applies his hand to the procurement of our high-quality materials, fixtures and fittings.

On the weekend, you’ll find James on the golf-course or avidly supporting Arsenal FC.

Heidi is our super-organised ‘fixer’ who supports all members of our team in being as productive as possible. No job is too small or large for Heidi and her bubbly personality and the infectious enthusiasm she applies to her work makes her another huge asset in the Snug Haus team.

Heidi enjoys attending festivals in her spare time, city-breaks and beach holidays when possible.
